-- a multifuel unit

Hi,
I'm preparing to build a log home that is 2 story with a walkout basement/garage in Central PA. I would like to use the oil, wood and coal Yukon-Eagle.
Here is some additional info on the home:
2000sf on the first floor and 1600sf on the second floor. Open floor design with a loft area. I'd like to heat some of the basement area also, about 1200sf of it.
Air conditioning will be a future option but I want to plan for it now.
Would the furnace do all that is necessary or would there be an option to use the "hot rod" setup for additional heat thru hot water use in the basement area?
Thanks

I know some folks are using the Hot Rod for in floor heating on smaller loops ,but I do not have any testing to prove out what it will do.
As to the furnace I'd opt for the Polar Eagle II.

Thanks Keith for your reply. I suppose at 3600 square feet should we also look at a 3/4 HP blower motor?

The 1/2 horse would easily handle the amount of cfm's you'll need to move.
